need a little jumpstart

at last, i decided to reacquaint myself with my blog. yeah, i know..i'm such a slacker. well, i have a good reason for not blogging, really. a bit of this and that, and of course, the biggest factor of all..laziness..so here i am updating my life journey on the World Wide Web. the highlight of it all was me turning 30 in middle of last month. there was no big hoo haa..except my friends from the office were sweet enough to have a quick celebration for me before we resumed our meeting during the department retreat in Cherating. got pressies from both sets of parents, friends, and hubby (whom without fail, will always have a belated pressie instead of a pre one). it's ok..after about 10 years of knowing him, it just sorta grows on me. and until now, he still owes me a birthday card..which i know for a fact, he has surely forgotten all about it! yes, i'm the more sentimental one i guess...still yearning for card, although i know it's how he really feels about me that really matters and not the silly card!

anyway, i got a few stuff to my liking from my hubby's present...like:

1. sassari crocs

2.biotherm moisturizer which i have timely ran out of

3. estee lauder lip gloss and lipstick

oh, and the merdeka weekend was spent basking under the Phuket sun with the whole clan consisting of my whole family minus elder brother and sis in law who were bonding with their bundle of joy.

and now...the blessed month of Ramadhan is here once again..alhamdulillah, it has been pretty marvelous. I'd like to wish all my Muslim friends a Happy Ramadhan and May Allah grant you an easy and worthwhile life here and the hereafter. Ameen.
